About the Role

We’re looking for a high powered Executive Assistant to support two of our C-level founders at Distyl. This is more than calendar juggling — you’ll be the right hand to execs leading $100M+ transformations at Fortune 500s. You'll run point on logistics, anticipate needs before they arise, and keep things moving with precision and pace.

This role is fast, high-stakes, and mission-critical — perfect for someone super smart, hyper-organized, and hungry to be in the room where it happens.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage our founders’ calendars, inboxes, and time with surgical precision, prioritizing ruthlessly and keeping focus where it matters.

  • Drive clarity and accountability through effective cross-functional communication and documentation

  • Identify process gaps and inefficiencies; implement systems and workflows that scale

  • Ensure that there are preparation plans in place for each meeting or event the founders will attend and ensure that those plans are executed

  • Handle logistics for travel, offsites, and high-profile meetings with zero errors.

  • Build systems to support execution: task tracking, information flow, decision-making.

  • Be a trusted right hand, see around corners, surface blind spots, and protect the founders’ time and focus

Who You Are

  • Experienced: at least 5-7 years supporting senior leaders in high-performance environments (startups, operations, consulting, military, or government).

  • Operationally excellent: you don’t drop balls, and nothing gets lost in the shuffle.

  • Detail-obsessed: you catch the typo before anyone else sees it.

  • Clear and concise communicator: in writing, in meetings, across functions.

  • Action-oriented: you move fast, make decisions with limited information, and adapt on the fly.

  • Trusted and discreet: you’ll be handling sensitive information constantly.

Note: Distyl is a hybrid working environment and requires in-office collaboration 3 days a week. This role will be based in our San Francisco office.
