What you'll do:

Partner with the Electrical Engineering team, Production, and other cross-functional teams to support critical product testing and deliveries

Perform benchtop PCBA testing and debugging

Perform rework on PCBAs, harnesses, and other mechanical assemblies

Design simple PCBs, mechanical fixtures, and harnessing

Respond to emergent issues on the production floor to keep the line moving

Contribute to and attend cross-functional design reviews. Advocate for design changes that result in simpler rework and testing processes

Other duties as assigned

Required qualifications:

Experience with hands-on technical work in a high-volume production setting.

Experience performing benchtop testing.

Experience performing PCBA and harness rework.

Experience designing and maintaining engineered systems.

Understanding of fundamental engineering concepts, including EE, Mech E, Programming, Physics, and Mathematics.

Experience working on multidisciplinary hardware development projects, which can be from an internship, job, club, team, personal project, etc.

Demonstrated history of showing ownership of project outcomes and delivering exceptional results.

Record of working hard, being a trustworthy teammate, holding yourself and others to high standards, and being kind to others.
