Position Summary:
As the Director of Product Management, you will manage a team of product managers focused on developing advanced AI-based features that empower enterprises to secure and intelligently manage their Android mobile ecosystems. You will define and drive the long-term product strategy, prioritize feature development, and ensure delivery of highly impactful, customer-centric AI solutions.
Position Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Strategy
- Lead and grow a high-performing team of product managers responsible for AI-enabled security and intelligence products on Android devices
- Define and execute the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with enterprise mobility and AI innovation
- Partner closely with engineering, design, research, data science, and go-to-market teams to bring intelligent mobile features to market
- Represent the voice of enterprise customers and end-users, ensuring AI products deliver measurable value and world-class experiences
- AI & Mobile Product Development
- Drive development of on-device AI capabilities focused on enabling Intelligence and Security based features
- Identify and prioritize new product opportunities at the intersection of AI, mobile security, and enterprise management
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements, validate feasibility, and guide the implementation of machine learning models on-device
- Market & Customer Focus
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to inform product direction
- Engage directly with key enterprise customers and partners to gather insights, define pain points, and refine product offerings
- Help shape and execute go-to-market strategies for new AI-based features and solutions, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
Required Skills:
- Engineering degree in EE, CS or similar (Masters or MBA preferred) or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- 12+ years of product management experience
- 8+ years in leadership roles, ideally in enterprise mobility, security, or AI-driven products
- Proven success delivering AI-enabled mobile solutions, particularly for the Android platform in enterprise settings
- Highly experienced in leading 0 to 1 product initiatives, validating product-market fit and driving such innovations to scalable market releases
- Deep understanding of mobile security, device management, AI/ML technologies, and on-device intelligence frameworks
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to engage deeply with engineers and data scientists
- Excellent leadership, team building, and communication skills with a track record of managing cross-functional teams and large-scale product launches
- Experience defining product roadmaps and go-to-market plans in highly regulated or security-sensitive environments
- Strong customer orientation and ability to translate complex needs into scalable, intuitive solutions
- Able to travel internationally (<25%)
