Data Operations Specialist

Target Profile:

Intermediate knowledge and prior experience working in Microsoft Excel/Google sheets.
Fluency in English 
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Ability to provide services in a consistent and timely manner within a structured project. 
Familiarity with spreadsheets and basic financial data handling is preferred.

Project Overview & Deliverables:

Oversee the execution and delivery of data entry and financial report on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadence. 
Perform quality assurance on submitted data, checking for accuracy and reconciliation.
Coordinate with other contractors to ensure data is entered accurately  and within project deadlines.
Maintain up-to-date documentation (SOPs) and support continuous process improvements

What You’ll Do:

We’re seeking a proactive L2 Agent  to support accuracy and delivery of financial reporting data. This opportunity plays a key part in ensuring reporting integrity by supporting operators, verifying data quality, timely reporting, and coordinating with project stakeholders as needed.

Compensation:

Agents will be paid an hourly fee range of $5- $7 per hour.  There is also the possibility of a quality bonus criteria that is tied to specific project targets.
