업무 소개

• 비즈니스 운영 효율성을 향상시키기 위해 운영 관련 의사결정 시스템을 개발.
• 도메인 데이터를 분석하여 인사이트를 제공하고 핵심지표 개발을 지원.
• 알고리즘 세부 내용 및 결과를 기술적 이해가 있는 사람과 그렇지 않은 이해관계자 모두의 이해를 돕기 위한 설명 및 보고.
• 지표 개발 요청의 우선순위를 정하고, 주니어 비즈니스 분석가들을 이끌어 회사의 주요 비즈니스 이니셔티브를 지원.
• 개발된 보고서와 시스템을 최신 상태로 유지하며, 방법론 및 기술/소프트웨어 측면에서 새로운 기술을 학습하고 적용.
• 프로젝트 결과물, 의사결정 사항 및 최종 결과를 문서화.
• 이해관계자들과 협력하여 프로젝트 요구사항을 식별하고, 작업을 구체화하며, 완성도있게 제때 완료.
• 데이터 증가 및 팀의 변화하는 요구에 대응하여 새로운 데이터 흐름 시스템과 데이터베이스 아키텍처를 설계 및 개발.
• 다양한 출처에서 수집된 데이터를 표준화하고, 정의 및 가이드를 문서화.

자격 요건 

• 데이터 사이언스, 데이터 및 비즈니스 분석관련 3년 이상의 경력
• SQL(필수), Microsoft Excel 및 Python, Spark, R과 같은 데이터 분석 도구에 능숙하며, 다양한 도구를 조합하여 활용가능하신 분 — 데이터 파이프라인 구축, 다양한 데이터 소스에서 쿼리 실행, 테이블 병합 또는 조인, 결과 도출 및 데이터베이스 저장 가능하신 분
• AWS 환경 및 S3 버킷 사용 경험 보유
• Tableau 또는 Power BI 사용 가능하신 분
• 프레젠테이션 및 커뮤니케이션 능력
• 통계 분석 및 알고리즘 설계에 대한 높은 이해도 
• 분석 프로젝트를 주도하고 실행 가능한 인사이트 및 비즈니스 제안을 도출한 경험
• 기능 개발 및 분석 프로젝트를 위한 요구사항 식별부터 최종 결과 전달까지 이해관계자와 협업한 경험

• GitHub, Airflow 등 엔지니어링 및 자동화 도구 사용 경험
• 문서화 및 프로젝트 관리 도구(Wiki, Jira, 간트 차트 등) 사용 경험과 PowerPoint 등을 활용한 최종 결과 발표 경험
• 엔터프라이즈 자산 관리 시스템(EAM) 사용 경험
• Grafana와 같은 오픈소스 시각화 도구 사용 경험

What are the 4 things you need this person to do?  

As our Sr. Data Analyst for Operations Excellence, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of regular reports and metrics as well as helping with system-wide decision-making algorithms. Coupang embraces a data-driven culture enabled by high-velocity test and learns across all customer-facing domains, and Data Analytics team of OE has plans to internalize our data systems and build own data lake to use data more efficiently. As the team’s needs become increasingly diverse and complex, you will have opportunities to work closely with many different areas including, Finance, Accounting, Operations, and more. You will have a chance to own, lead, track, and deliver features or projects from start to finish and will experience working with stakeholders and developers to have the projects delivered on time with the highest quality. 

What you will do: 
1. Develop business operations-related decision-making systems to improve the efficiency of business operations 
2. Analyze domain data to provide insights and help develop key metrics 
3. Explain reports, algorithm details, and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders 
4. Prioritize the metric development requests and lead the junior BAs to support key business initiatives in the company 
5. Keep the developed reports and systems up-to-date, including learning and deploying new technologies, both in methodology and in technical / software 
6. Document project deliverables and decisions made as well as final results 
7. Work with stakeholders to identify project requirements, translate them into tasks, and ensure to have tasks completed on time with high-quality 
8. Design and develop new dataflow systems and database architectures in response to data growth and evolving team needs. 
9. Standardize data comes from different sources and make definition and guide into document. 
 

Essential Qualifications: 

• 3+ Job years experience in data science, business analytics and other quantitative fields
• Expert in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and data analytics tool such as Python, Spark, R, with the ability to utilize diverse tools in combination – Create data pipeline, query data from various datasource, merge or join tables, get result and store it to database
• Have experience working in AWS environment and S3 buckets
• Proficient in English (nice to have as well)
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Good understanding of statistical analysis and algorithm design
• Experience to initiate and drive analytics projects and deliver actionable insights and recommendations to business
• Experience working with stakeholders in requirement identification and final delivery for features and analytical projects  
• Experience with creating Tableau or Power BI (main tool for visualization)
• Bachelors Degree in relevant field such as math, statistics, etc. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant working experience in retail/e-commerce business
• Experience with engineering and automation tools such as GitHub and Airflow
• Experience with documentation and project management tools (Wiki, Jira, Gannt charts, and similar) as well as final result presentation (such as Powerpoint.)
• Experience with Enterprise Management System (EAM)
• Experience with open source visualization tools such as Grafana 
• Experience with running application/service using Machine Learning, Deep Learning models
