Job Description

About ElevenLabs

ElevenLabs is a research and product company defining the frontier of Audio AI. Millions of individuals use ElevenLabs to read articles, voice over their videos, and reclaim voices lost from disability. And the leading developers and enterprises use ElevenLabs to create Conversational AI agents for support, sales, and education.

ElevenLabs launched in January 2023 with the first AI model to cross the threshold of human-like speech. In January 2025, we raised a $180 million Series C round, valuing ElevenLabs at $3.3 billion. The round was co-led by Andreessen Horowitz and ICONIQ Growth, with continued support from the leading names in tech, including Nat Friedman, Daniel Gross, Instagram co-founder Mike Krieger, Oculus VR co-founder Brendan Iribe, DeepMind and Inflection co-founder Mustafa Suleyman, and many others.

ElevenLabs is only 2 years old and scaling rapidly. We are just getting started. If you want to work hard and have an incredible impact, we would love to hear from you.

How we work

  • High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.

  • Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.

  • AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.

  • Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.

  • Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.

What we offer

  • Learning & development: Annual discretionary stipend towards professional development.

  • Social travel: Annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.

  • Annual company offsite: We bring the entire company together at a new location every year.

  • Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.

About the role

As Strategy & Ops – CEE, you’ll act as a regional operator and brand-builder to establish ElevenLabs as THE employer of choice for technical talent across Central and Eastern Europe. This is a hybrid role combining strategic thinking, operational execution, and regional immersion—ideal for someone who thrives in a Chief of Staff-like position with ownership over ambiguous, high-impact initiatives.

You will drive awareness of ElevenLabs within developer and tech communities by identifying high-leverage brand-building opportunities, building local partnerships, and launching repeatable playbooks for market entry and community engagement.

Specifically, you will:

  • Craft and execute creative ideas for positioning ElevenLabs as the top employer for AI and engineering talent in CEE.

  • Test these ideas like a scientist: build a hypothesis, run an experiment, measure, assess.

  • Research and evaluate key conferences in CEE for ElevenLabs to attend, sponsor, or speak at.

  • Build a market map of relevant local touchpoints—news outlets, companies, universities, communities, and events.

  • Engage with local podcast hosts and media platforms to feature ElevenLabs in earned media.

  • Immerse yourself in regional developer platforms (like GitHub, Stack Overflow, Hackathons, Discord, etc.) to identify where talent hangs out and how to best engage them.

  • Develop a repeatable playbook for employer branding, starting with Poland and expanding to other CEE markets.

  • Support operational tasks as needed, such as onboarding new hires or office coordination in the region.

  • Act as a cultural bridge between the core team and regional communities, ensuring a grounded, local-first perspective.

Requirements

We’re not focused on formal degrees or certifications—we care most about your ability to operate in a fast-moving environment, solve complex problems, and build systems that scale. For this role, we do require:

  • 3–6 years of experience in operations, strategy, communications, or brand-building, ideally in a fast-paced environment.

  • Regional knowledge of Poland or broader CEE—this includes understanding cultural dynamics, professional networks, and developer ecosystems.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills; you’re confident reaching out cold or managing partners.

  • A bias for action, speed, and resourcefulness—you’re scrappy, self-directed, and thrive in ambiguity.

  • Strategic thinking paired with operational chops—you can both see the big picture and execute the details.

  • Familiarity with developer communities or a strong desire to immerse in technical ecosystems.

  • Project management skills and the ability to juggle priorities while driving toward long-term goals.

  • Native or fluent Polish preferred; other CEE languages a plus
