About The Role 💻 

As a Customer Success Intern at Clarity AI, you will support the team in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and value from our sustainability insights platform. You will work closely with Customer Success Managers, Product, and Data teams to assist in onboarding, client support, and day-to-day relationship management.

What You’ll Be Doing 🚀

  • Support the onboarding process for new clients by assisting with product training and documentation.
  • Help respond to client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of client solutions.
  • Analyze client feedback to help improve user experience and satisfaction.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating client records and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and usage analytics to identify trends and opportunities.

Location 🌍

This role is based on a hybrid model and is on-site in our Madrid office.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Passion for sustainability, technology, and client-facing roles.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Spanish, German, French) are a plus.
