About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Creator & Campaign Marketing Manager for a fixed-term contract to lead marketing campaigns for YouTube creators in France. You will be the go-to person for the strategy, planning, and execution of impactful campaigns that engage the creator community and achieve objectives
Responsibilities:
- France Marketing Strategy:
- Define the marketing campaign strategy for France, in line with annual OKRs and YouTube's global objectives.
- Creator Program Management:
- Manage creator programs in France, such as "Elles Font YouTube" or "Creator Collective," including podcast production and event organization (France and EMEA).
- Marketing Campaigns:
- Lead influencer campaigns and media campaigns to promote YouTube's messages to creators.
- Project & Campaign Management:
- Plan and manage marketing campaign projects: define timelines, objectives, milestones, and budgets.
- Coordinate creative, project management, media, and talent teams involved in the project.
- Coordinate with regional and global teams on the annual marketing strategy for YouTube creators.
- Track project progress and delivery schedules, identify blockers, optimizations, and corrective actions.
- Analyze results: collect and analyze data and results related to marketing campaigns, identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Influencer Marketing:
- Collaborate with influencer agencies and creators.
- Develop brief materials.
- Review and approve influencer content.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in influencer marketing.
- Other Responsibilities:
- Localize French content for creators.
- Manage campaign budgets.
- Work and coordinate with YouTube's various agencies for the execution of these projects.
About You
The essentials:
- 3-5 years of experience in project management and marketing.
- Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns, including planning, organizing, and coordinating resources.
- Strong understanding of social media and digital communication principles, especially YouTube.
- Knowledge of the media and entertainment industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
- Fluency in both English and French is essential.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to adapt quickly to a constantly evolving environment.
- Strong human qualities of listening and advising.
- Quick understanding of complex environments with numerous stakeholders.
