What you'll do :
- Lead the charge on pitch decks, brand campaigns, and standout content—bringing your copy-first approach to everything from scripts and slogans to social-first storytelling.
- Be the voice of creative vision across projects—setting the tone, building narratives, and guiding ideas from first line to final cut.
- Take ownership of creative execution, working closely with strategy, design, and production teams to turn sharp thinking into scroll-stopping work.
- Collaborate with clients, lead creative workshops, and present your ideas like a pro—whether on Zoom or in the room.
- Shape concepts across a variety of deliverables: digital and social campaigns, branded content, hero films, activations, and platform experiences.
- Inject personality and purpose into every touchpoint, from a six-second YouTube bumper to a full-blown brand manifesto.
- Roll up your sleeves to write headlines, scripts, taglines, manifestos—and push junior writers and creatives to do their best work too.
🧠 What You Bring :
- 10+ years of creative experience, with at least 2 years as a CD leading campaigns at the top tier of advertising or production.
- A strong portfolio of writing-led work that spans social, digital, and film—proving you know how to entertain, sell, and move people with words.
- Mastery of storytelling, concepting, and brand voice—with the ability to switch tones, styles, and platforms like a creative chameleon.
- The charisma and clarity to lead presentations, inspire teams, and sell ideas with strategic firepower and creative flair.
- A collaborative spirit: you know when to lead, when to delegate, and when to jump in with the perfect line.
- Passion for digital culture, internet trends, and content that doesn’t just compete, but wins in the feed.
- Experience directing or working alongside film directors, editors, and animators to bring written stories to life visually.
- Bonus points if you’ve led or contributed to award-winning campaigns (but we’re more interested in the next one you’ll create with us).
- You understand the process of advertising inside out and know when to be pragmatic if that’s what it takes to keep things moving.
