What you will do

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance sales productivity, streamline workflows, and improve operational efficiency across Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Enablement, and Customer Success.

  • Define and execute a Sales Excellence strategy that aligns with business goals and drives measurable improvements in performance, effectiveness, and team engagement.

  • Develop and implement enablement programs, coaching frameworks, and performance metrics to support frontline teams and improve conversion, retention, and revenue outcomes.

  • Partner with Sales, Sales Operations and Marketing leaders to identify and remove friction in the sales lifecycle, improve pipeline management, and optimize go-to-market execution.

  • Leverage data, analytics, and modern tools (including AI) to identify opportunities for automation, insight generation, and continuous improvement.

  • Define and align AI strategy across Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Enablement, and Customer Success to drive productivity and operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate with platform teams (e.g., CRM, IT, Data, Legal) to ensure seamless integration of tools and processes that support scalable growth.

  • Monitor industry best practices and emerging technologies to inform roadmap decisions and maintain Coupang’s competitive edge in commercial operations.

  • Establish feedback loops and continuous improvement mechanisms to ensure initiatives are delivering impact and evolving with business needs.

  • Champion change management and stakeholder engagement to drive adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

  • 8+ years of program and/or product management and/or advisory experience in developing, launching and integrating technically complex programs, projects, or related work that include the following: insight/data-driven automation, big data, analytics, AI and machine learning

  • Proven ability to deliver in a complex stakeholder and partner team environment

  • Hands-on experience working in an Agile environment with a short iteration cadence

  • Exposure to multiple successful launches of V1 products in a rapid growth environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to understand technical challenges and make educated trade-offs

Preferred Qualifications

  • E-commerce experience

  • Experience participating in the sales lifecycle (directly or indirectly)

  • Master's degree in an analytical or engineering discipline or MBA preferred

  • Experience working in international environments and globally distributed teams

  • Passion for educating, training, designing, and building solutions for diverse and challenging B2B end user environments

In preparation for a job applicant’s request for the return of hiring documents pursuant to the main sentence of paragraph 2 above, the Company shall retain the original hiring documents submitted by the job applicant for 180 days from the completion of the recruiting process. If no request is made until the end of this period, all his/her hiring documents will be destroyed immediately in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
