Description -

What a College Intern - Supply Chain Operations does at HP:

  • Support the operations team in various tasks related to process improvement, data analysis, and project management. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic operations environment.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives. Document processes and ensure documents up-to-date.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Support the team in managing projects and ensuring timely completion.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management review.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.

 

Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, Computing, Data Science or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and different time-zones.
  • Able to commit for a 5-6 months internship, starting in January 2026.
