Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to enhance partner experience and satisfaction. Sales & Marketing Alignment Partner with channel sales teams to define messaging, value propositions, and sales tools that enhance partner engagement and deal conversion. Collaborate on the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and channel promotions. Organize partner-facing events, workshops, and webinars to drive awareness, enablement, and engagement. Performance Measurement & Optimization Lead the team in tracking training engagement, partner program participation, and enablement impact metrics. Leverage insights and analytics to refine enablement strategies, identify performance gaps, and implement targeted improvements. Promote automation and efficiency by optimizing processes and reporting using CRM and business intelligence tools. Stakeholder Engagement & Strategic Collaboration Serve as a key point of contact between AMD and channel partners, ensuring alignment of goals and initiatives. Gather and synthesize partner feedback to influence program direction and improve AMD’s partner engagement model. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 7+ years of experience in channel enablement, partner programs, or channel sales within the IT industry. 5+ years of experience in people management or team leadership roles preferred. Proven track record of developing and executing successful enablement strategies that drive measurable results. Deep understanding of B2B sales cycles, channel partner ecosystems, and distribution models. Familiarity with IT hardware, software, and cloud solutions. Strong team leadership skills with experience mentoring and developing talent. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to both technical and executive audiences.
