THE ROLE: We are hiring an AI Engineer to support end-to-end Agentic AI development — from prompt engineering and context engineering to production deployment. You will design, build, and deploy AI agents integrated with enterprise systems, while working closely with users in real-world environments (Forward Deployment Engineering). KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: End-to-End Agentic AI Development Design and build AI agents (multi-step workflows, tool usage, memory) Implement function calling and structured outputs Develop RAG pipelines and context management strategies Optimize reliability, latency, and response quality Prompt → Context Engineering Design system and task prompts Engineer context windows and retrieval strategies Reduce hallucinations and improve consistency Develop evaluation and testing frameworks Forward Deployment Engineering (FDE) Deploy AI solutions into live business workflows Integrate with APIs, databases, ERP systems Work directly with stakeholders to refine use cases Monitor, debug, and continuously improve production systems PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Strong Python programming skills Good understanding of enterprise APIs and ML/NLP concepts Structured problem-solving mindset Experienced with Azure OpenAI APIs or other LLM Proxies Built LLM apps, chatbots, agentic AI or RAG systems Experienced in LangChain, LangGraph development Strong understanding of function calling, embeddings, context management Cloud or on-prem deployment experience (Azure/AWS/K8s/Docker) ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / AI / Software Engineering or related field LOCATION: Penang, Malaysia #LI-DW2 #LI-Hybrid Benefits offered are described: AMD benefits at a glance.
