Job Description

As an AI Product Manager, you'll identify, define, and execute impactful AI-driven solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced AI capabilities and deliver exceptional value to users. In your day-to-day, you will: 

• Work on products that give our users an edge and allow them to grow and promote their business by building their own loyalty programs, referral programs and AI custom agents

• Identify & validate problems by engaging with users, data, and workflows to uncover high-impact opportunities 

• Define & prototype solutions by translating user needs into crisp product requirements, wireframes, and vibe-coded prototypes, continuously validating through user feedback 

• Lead execution cycles by partnering with UX, engineering, and data teams to turn concepts into shipped, user-facing features 

• Own outcomes by measuring impact, iterating on shipped solutions, and ensuring the product delivers tangible value 

• Stay ahead in AI by tracking emerging tools, frameworks, and behaviors, and integrating them into product strategy 

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in tech or SaaS, preferably with exposure to ML/AI products 

• Data-fluent, including defining metrics and validating hypotheses with numbers 

• Comfortable with AI tooling, from general research to prototyping to building data queries 

• High agency with the ability to move fast, unblock yourself, and relentlessly push initiatives forward to validate ideas and bring value to the users quickly

• Strong product taste with an intuitive sense of what feels delightful, frictionless, and worth building

• Great communication skills with excellent English

Salary range is 4000 - 5500 Eur GROSS / month (Total compensation, including RSU package)
