Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking a high-energy and innovative professional to join the Accounts Receivable team. As a member of the team, we expect you to perform a variety of finance and accounting duties supporting several of our Expert Tam functions. This position will collaborate and work closely with the various stakeholders supporting each expert function as the Finance Business Partner.
What will you be doing?
- Invoicing functions related to several business line areas. This includes invoice generation, validation, and revenue recognition.
- Analyzes, prepares and inputs data and adjustments into the automated on-line billing system to invoice NASDAQ customers.
- Developing and documenting billing related policies and procedures, including maintenance of existing documentation.
- Maintaining amortization schedules related to deferred revenue.
- Preparing roll-forward schedules for quarter-end financial statements
- Preparing General Ledger journal entries and reconciliation of deferred, unbilled receivable, AR and bank accounts to the General Ledger.
- Performing month-end and year-end financial close process.
- Reviewing information required to process write-off requests and referrals to outside agencies.
- Researching, analyzing and resolving inquiries and problems pertaining to billing and collections.
- Working with internal and external auditors, as required, to respond to inquiries, provide data, etc. related to assigned areas.
- Sending reminders and call to B2B customers with overdue receivables
- Collaborating to Business, Sales and Finance support teams to capture vital information and resolve issues
- Participating in Finance projects and Collection system improvement
What are we looking for?
- University degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience and accounting competence.
- Excellent English language skills for both written and verbal communication
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Knowledge and understanding of financial processes and financial system.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, ability to set priorities and multitask.

Monthly salary: from 2600 Eur to 2900 Eur (Before Taxes). The final salary will depend on candidate knowledge and experience, other bonuses apply.
This is a full-time fixed-term position located in Vilnius, covering the maternity leave. The contract would be for 2.5 - 3 years. Nasdaq offers a hybrid workplace to find a balance between working from home and collaborating in the office, therefore it's required to come into the office at least 3 days per week. It’s expected from candidates be able to work flexible hours with overlap between Lithuanian and United States time zones to support smooth communication and collaboration, at least a few days per week.
