At Anyscale, we take a market-based approach to compensation. We are data-driven, transparent, and consistent. The target salary for this role is $128,174. As the market data changes over time, the target salary for this role may be adjusted.

Outcomes:

Transform technical insights and industry perspectives into compelling social media content and thought leadership pieces

Build and grow executive social media presence and industry influence

Create engaging technical narratives that showcase Anyscale's vision for the future of AI

Drive engagement and grow audience across various platforms

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Anyscale leadership to understand and capture key insights and vision

Create and manage the social media content calendar for Anyscale’s leadership team

Draft and edit technical posts, threads, and commentary

Monitor industry conversations and identify opportunities for engagement

Support preparation for speaking engagements and industry events

Track and analyze content performance metrics

Research emerging AI trends and developments to inform content strategy

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

1+ years of experience in technical writing, technical assistant roles, or similar positions

Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and industry trends

Excellent writing and editing skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts

Experience with social media content creation and management

Strong project management and organizational skills

Proven ability to work effectively with technical leaders

Understanding of Ray ecosystem and distributed computing

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Master’s, PhD, or research experience in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field

Background in AI/ML research, academic publishing, or applied machine learning

Experience with large-scale distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Ray, Spark, TensorFlow, PyTorch)

Experience working directly with technical executives or founders
