  • Work closely with teams across Nuro including Systems V&V, Autonomy Development, Mapping, Data Infrastructure, and Operations.

About You

  • Pursuing a bachelors, masters, or doctoral degree in engineering, computer science, physics, mathematics, or related field.
  • Past evidence of strong analytical and systems-thinking skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to understand and work within existing taxonomy efforts, including database structures and storage.
  • Strong communication skills - both verbal and written.
  • Experience driving a motorized vehicle on public roads in the US, in any capacity.

Bonus Points

  • Ability to apply systems engineering concepts of requirements, verification and validation.
  • Basic understanding of autonomous vehicle technology, especially sensors and perception and classification capabilities.
  • Familiarity with the capabilities and limitations of simulation.
  • Detailed understanding of driving rules/regulations and/or traffic engineering.
  • Ability to write code in Python and write basic data queries.
  • Experience with configuration management tools for requirements, documentation, and software.

For this position, the reasonably expected pay range is between $11,500 to $14,000/month. Your actual base pay will depend on several factors, including your experience, qualifications, education, location, and skills.
