Leonardo.Ai seeks a Senior Product Designer to join our expanding, global AI team.

Our Role:
We’re seeking a Designer with a hybrid background in web and native mobile design.
In this role, you join the Design Team, whose mission is to create a first-class experience design across our desktop and mobile apps for our customers to enjoy.
As a Product Designer, you will take responsibility for completing Web, iOS and Android app designs while maintaining and evolving our design systems.
What you’ll do:
Design intuitive and engaging interactions for our flagship product in Figma
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver and ship new features.
Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and the leadership team.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research for insights into customer engagement.
Work with teams and facilitate workshops to solve design challenges
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
Skills we like:
Experience with Product Design of complex Web and Native Mobile Apps.
Strong understanding and experience in working with Figma to deliver web/mobile applications.
Experience in developing and maintaining Design Systems and practical knowledge of atomic design
A strong interest towards UI design, with practical knowledge and experience in applying user-centric design principles
Strong collaborator within cross-functional teams.
Curious and highly engaged with the latest product design, mobile app trends, and technology.
