As a Senior linguist, your main role will be to copy-edit, proofread & transcreate marketing content between English and Hindi, ensuring that original meaning is conveyed in a clear and understandable manner for the targeted audience. You are expected to ensure that the integrity and purpose of the content is maintained. You should be able to understand the content applicability and be capable of creating error-free creative and marketing content. Occasionally, you may be required to translate/transcreate the content from scratch as well.

Content will include different types of texts like creative articles, presentation decks, voice over scripts, marketing materials etc.

You are expected to maintain an optimum level of creativity in the content, wherever required. A senior linguist should have a passion for language, a creative bend of mind and be able to differentiate if a text requires simple translation or transcreation. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are desirable.
