Role Overview
We are looking for a visionary and hands-on leader to become our Head of Marketing Analytics & Data Science. In this senior role, you will be
- At the forefront of our data-driven marketing efforts, owning the end-to-end analytics and data science function.
- Leading a team of talented analysts and data scientists, driving the strategy, infrastructure, and execution of how we use data to fuel our marketing success.
- Requiring a blend of hands-on experience, technical mastery, strategic thinking, and a passion for turning complex data into clear business outcomes.
- Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing and collaborate closely with leaders across the organization.
What You Will Do
- Lead Performance Marketing Analytics: Partner with our channel leaders to optimize our multi-billion-dollar performance marketing spend. You'll provide in-depth analytics, a comprehensive attribution framework, and ROI measurement to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of our paid channels.
- Drive AI-Powered Customer Segmentation & Targeting: Revolutionize our customer engagement by leveraging cutting-edge AI and data science. You'll lead the development of sophisticated customer segmentation models to deliver highly personalized and timely communications across our CRM (App Push, etc.) and owned channels (Merchandising Channels).
- Enable Product Analytics: Collaborate with our product leadership to inform product strategy and launches. You'll provide critical insights into user behavior, feature adoption, and engagement to help shape the future of our product offerings and enhance the customer experience.
- AI-Driven Analytics & Productivity: Foster a culture of innovation by leading the adoption of AI techniques to enhance our analytical capabilities. You'll focus on building predictive models, automating reporting, and developing self-service tools that empower the marketing team to be more productive, and data informed.
- Build and Maintain the Data Foundation: Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the marketing data stack, including data marts and pipelines. You will partner with our data engineering teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and accessibility.
- Build and Mentor a High-Impact Team: Recruit, lead, and develop a world-class team of marketing analysts and data scientists. You'll create a dynamic and collaborative environment where curiosity and innovation thrive. This is analytics leadership role managing a team of 30+ smart analysts and data scientists.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience: At least 15+ years of experience in marketing analytics or data science, with a minimum of 5+ years in a senior leadership role. Proven track record of managing a team and driving business results with data.
- Technical Expertise: Deep expertise in analytics platforms, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), and statistical programming languages (SQL, Python, R). Hands-on experience with building and managing data stacks, and data marts
- Domain Expertise: Demonstrated experience in performance marketing analytics, measurement, customer segmentation, and product analytics.
- AI/ML Acumen: Hands-on experience building and deploying machine learning models, with a strong understanding of their application in marketing (e.g., propensity modeling, Cross-sell, up-sell models, churn prediction, LTV forecasting, etc).
- Communication: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders on a data-driven vision.
- Education: Bachelor's degree from top engineering / business school in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics) is required. A Master's degree is strongly preferred.

- In preparation for a job applicant’s request for the return of hiring documents pursuant to the main sentence of paragraph 2 above, the Company shall retain the original hiring documents submitted by the job applicant for 180 days from the completion of the recruiting process. If no request is made until the end of this period, all his/her hiring documents will be destroyed immediately in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
