The Role:

As our first Data Analyst, you will be at the forefront of transforming raw data into actionable insights, driving our SaaS self-serve user base to new heights. Collaborate with leaders across Leonardo Ai, contribute to the development of our next-gen products, and be the architect of our data infrastructure and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis:

Establish and maintain a robust and scalable data infrastructure to support analytics efforts.
Dive into large datasets from our various SaaS platforms, and extract meaningful insights to guide product decisions.
Utilise statistical methods and BI tools like Looker to create compelling visualisations/dashboards.

Product Enhancement:

Collaborate with product managers and engineers to prioritise features based on data-driven insights.
Conduct user research sessions to uncover customer needs and pain points.

Performance monitoring:

Monitor key metrics and KPIs to evaluate product performance and identify improvement areas.
Implement and maintain tracking mechanisms for the success of new features and updates.

Competitive Edge:

Stay ahead of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
Provide insights and recommendations to maintain our competitive edge in the market.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with product management, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to identify data trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Translate data insights into actionable strategies, acting as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams.

Skills We Love You To Have:

Proven experience as a Data Analyst with a large self-serve consumer base.
Experience of designing scalable and efficient data storage and processing systems.
Proficiency in database management and optimisation.
Familiarity with SaaS Products, ideally with AI at its core.
Confidence in using BI tools and Excel independently.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical methods.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all levels of the business.
Expertise in leveraging data visualisation to tell a compelling story.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to finding data solutions to business questions.
