Job Description
The BI Search Ads Operations Team is responsible for the data services and operational support for TikTok Search Ads. Our mission is to drive the continuous optimization of Search Ads algorithms and models through scalable and high - quality data production. We aim to maximize the growth of commercial revenue while protecting the user experience, guaranteeing the long - term and sustainable health of the platform ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
1. End-to-end management of search ads labelling and evaluation projects; accurately interpret user search intent and integrate local cultural context and user behaviour to ensure an excellent online search experience.
2. Collaborate closely with product and algorithm teams on search strategy optimization; establish evaluation and labelling standards, conduct in - depth case analysis, and continuously drive the improvement of strategies.
3. Ensure the alignment and effective application of search ads guidelines across different search scenarios, maintaining the accuracy and consistency of evaluation criteria.
4. Plan and execute various operational initiatives for the search monetization domain; build standardized processes for requirement research and solution design, and cooperate with cross - functional teams to successfully deliver projects.
5. Explore and implement the application of AI/LLM in data labelling, evaluation, and operational workflows to enhance automation, efficiency, and scalability.
Minimum Qualification(s):
1. Bachelor's degree or above
2. At least 2 years of experience in the technology field; experience in search, monetization, quality evaluation.
3. Proficiency in English as a working language is required.
4. Strong project and process management capabilities, with demonstrated experience in managing projects independently; excellent cross-functional team collaboration and communication skills.
5. Highly data - driven, with robust analytical and data processing skills; proficient in data analysis tools.
6. Goal - oriented and focused on execution, with the ability to decompose objectives into actionable plans; skilled at synthesizing insights and proactively identifying, proposing, and implementing solutions.
Preferred Qualification(s):
1. AI/LLM-related applications is preferable. A thorough understanding of trends in the AI/LLM industry is a significant advantage.
