Rate: $45 per hour - 40 hours a week

Hybrid work schedule - M/W/F in SF office

We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator with sourcing experience to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced recruiting coordinator that is interested sourcing to expand their skillset.

Responsibilities

Schedule candidate interviews and handle logistics.
Manage the candidate's experience throughout their interview journey.
Initiate and contribute to projects that will improve and scale our recruiting processes.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and constantly think about ways to drive improvements.
Assist with general recruiting tasks which can include administrative tasks as assigned.
Source technical and non-technical talent through various recruiting channels.
Provide support to head recruiter as needed.

Qualifications

1 year of sourcing experience
1+ year of coordination experience
Proactive - you take initiative without being asked
Meticulous attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Independent task management skills
