Recruiting Coordinator/Jr. Sourcer (Contract)

3 month contract to start with potential to convert to full time

Hybrid work schedule - M/W/F in SF office

Responsibilities 

• Schedule candidate interviews and handle logistics.
• Manage the candidate's experience throughout their interview journey.
• Initiate and contribute to projects that will improve and scale our recruiting processes.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and constantly think about ways to drive improvements.
• Assist with general recruiting tasks which can include administrative tasks as assigned.
• Source technical and non-technical talent through various recruiting channels.
• Provide support to head recruiter as needed.

Qualifications 

• 1 year of sourcing experience
• 1+ year of coordination experience
• Proactive - you take initiative without being asked 
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Independent task management skills
