We’re growing fast and hiring across engineering, hardware, design, operations, and more. To build a company this ambitious, we need someone world-class to help us find and attract exceptional talent. As our first dedicated recruiter, you’ll lay the foundation for how we scale our team: from sourcing and closing top talent to refining our hiring process and elevating our employer brand. You’ll be a strategic partner across the company and play a critical role in shaping the future of Limitless.
What will be your responsibilities 📓
Own the end-to-end recruiting process across multiple functions, including sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, success criteria, and interview processes.
Build and maintain diverse pipelines of top talent through proactive outreach and community engagement.
Deliver exceptional candidate experiences and act as a brand ambassador for Limitless.
Track recruiting metrics and use data to drive process improvements and optimize hiring funnels.
Implement scalable processes, tools, and systems to support a high-velocity hiring environment.
Own and evolve our employer branding presence across key channels (LinkedIn, careers page, job boards, etc).
What will help you be successful 👏
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth startups or top-tier recruiting agencies.
A track record of hiring exceptional talent across technical and non-technical roles.
Strong sourcing chops and comfort with outreach-heavy recruiting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills: you make candidates feel seen, respected, and excited.
Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
Familiarity with ATS tools (we use Ashby) and recruiting data workflows.
Bonus: experience recruiting for hardware or AI-related roles.
