Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a key conduit between internal Nasdaq teams and external client stakeholders.
Translate client requests and business requirements into actionable documentation.
Draft and maintain vendor notices and specifications, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
Create and deliver quarterly committee reports.
Collaborate with technology teams to compile and report monthly operational statistics.
Participate in client outreach and industry meetings.
Provide functional and application-level support to clients, including issue resolution, escalation management, and incident tracking.
Deliver technical and functional input to sales and commercial teams to support proposals and client communications.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the U.S. equity markets, with a strong grasp of market structure and regulatory frameworks.
Conceptual understanding of market data feed protocols (e.g., multicast, TCP/IP, FIX/ITCH).
Familiarity with product or software development lifecycles (PDLC/SDLC).
Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly in multi-party or committee-driven environments.
Ability to synthesize complex technical and regulatory information into clear, client-facing documentation.

The base pay range for this role is $139,600 - $232,600. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth.
