We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our team and lead the development of cutting-edge ML-based solutions for real-time graphics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, computer graphics, and GPU programming, as well as experience mentoring and guiding a team of engineers. If you are passionate about pushing the boundaries of real-time graphics and have a deep understanding of ML algorithms and frameworks, we want to hear from you. What you'll be part of: Design and implement state-of-the-art ML algorithms to enhance real-time graphics performance and quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architecture and integration of ML solutions. Manage and maintain training datasets necessary for ML model development. Evaluate the pros and cons of data generation techniques and their impact on model performance. Assess different algorithmic approaches to meet quality and performance benchmarks. Continuously evaluate and refine ML models to ensure optimal performance on target platforms. Utilize deep knowledge of GPU programming to optimize algorithms for specific hardware. Communicate technical decisions effectively, considering platform constraints and opportunities. Mentor and provide technical guidance to a team of 2-3 engineers. Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, encouraging continuous learning and development. Clearly articulate design choices and technical decisions to stakeholders and team members. Prepare and present technical reports and documentation. What we're looking for: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in designing and deploying ML solutions for real-time graphics applications. Proficient in Python and PyTorch, with a strong understanding of ML frameworks and libraries. Solid experience with GPU programming and optimization techniques. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to assess complex technical challenges. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly. Previous experience mentoring or leading a small team of engineers is highly desirable.
