Head of Product at Leonardo AI

The Role 

As the Head of Product at Leonardo.Ai, you will work in close partnership with our CEO to shape the future of our platform by driving our product strategy to new heights whilst assembling a world-class product function across B2C and B2B. 

Your role will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales and our C-Suite, with the goal of scoping, experimenting, validating and building ground-breaking design features for our consumers and commercial partners. 

Working in AI, we are constantly refining and iterating our processes to balance agility and quality and we are looking for someone who is excited by the challenge of being in one of the fastest moving industries in the world. 

You will be responsible for… 

• Product Vision: Discover, define and communicate a compelling vision for the platform in collaboration with the CEO that aligns with Leonardo.Ai's mission to democratise AI creativity for everyone across the globe and cement our long-term commercial success.
  

• Product Strategy: Collaborate with our C-Suite to design and execute a comprehensive product strategy, including roadmap planning, feature prioritisation, innovation opportunities and go-to-market strategies.
  

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor and grow a talented product team, fostering a culture of teamwork, creativity, productivity and excellence.
  

• User-Centric Approach: Continuously analyse user feedback, market trends and competitive intelligence to inform product development decisions.
  

• Product Development: Develop a robust end-to-end product development process alongside the Head of Engineering, from concept to launch, finding the balance between speed and high-quality delivery of product features.
  

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Develop smooth, efficient and highly collaborative relationships with other leaders, primarily with the product, engineering and design team.
  

• Data-Driven Decision-Making: Developing ways of sourcing reliable data, establishing methods of analytics enabling your team to make informed product decisions, and monitoring performance that leads to continuous iterating for improvements.

• Proven experience in leading a product function, driving product vision, strategy, value proposition and roadmap in a consumer technology brand with a large audience.

• A skilled people leader who balances team performance and outcomes with a collaborative and inclusive work culture.

• A track record of delivering intuitive technology products in the innovation space with an emphasis on B2C and B2B.  

• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to work closely with C-Suite to establish the product vision and commercial objectives. 

• Embrace collaborative relationships with strategic partners and key customers to discover customer insights.

• Demonstrated proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and using data and insights to inform product strategy.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and storytelling skills.

• Experience with AI-driven platforms and product development we regard highly. 

• Ability to establish efficient processes and best practices within a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
