About the Team
The Growth Marketing (GM) organization drives sustainable and efficient customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and growth across Coupang. Within GM, the Growth Product & Machine Intelligence team leads product strategy and execution, supported by dedicated AI/ML/Core Engineering, Data Science, and Analytics teams.
Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused product leader to own our Marketing Landing Pages (MLP) charter. This role will define and deliver a best-in-class landing experience for marketing traffic, leveraging AI-driven personalization and UX innovation. You will partner with AI/ML engineering, UX design, analytics, and marketing channel leaders to optimize conversion through a horizontal platform that powers personalized, high-performing landing experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision for ML-powered landing page experiences, including personalized recommendations and contextual UX.
- Lead end-to-end product development, from ideation through launch and iteration.
- Drive conversion uplift through experimentation, reinforcement learning, and rapid feedback loops.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure generated content aligns with brand guidelines and performance goals.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product strategy.
- Own metrics such as GMV uplift, buyer conversion, and engagement, ensuring measurable impact at scale.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, or a related field.
- 7+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in AI/ML or AdTech domains.
- Proven track record of driving measurable business impact (conversion, GMV) through product innovation.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in experimentation frameworks and causal inference.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levels.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and passion for innovation.
