Are you passionate about leading teams that deliver enterprise cloud computing solutions to a diverse and challenging set of customers? Do you want to experiment with innovative technologies, including Cloud Computing, Machine Learning, and Internet of Things?
At Amazon Web Services (AWS), we’re seeking interns to join our AWS Engagement Management Internship program with Professional Services. This is a unique opportunity for driven individuals to learn a key role in a fast-growing business, delivering significant value to AWS customers of all sizes from nimble startups to global brands. As a Professional Services intern, you will gain hands-on experience in cloud computing, develop business acumen, and learn about Amazon’s peculiar culture. The skills and experiences provided in the program are highly sought after and have the potential to accelerate your career in tech.
Engagement Managers lead the delivery of AWS cloud products and services that enable our customers to realize their business objectives. Professional services engagements focus on the full platform of AWS customer solutions to help our customers and partners remove constraints and accelerate their cloud computing journey on AWS.
This role will focus on building your consulting capabilities by working alongside our Engagement Management Team on AWS development initiatives. Under the guidance and supervision of an Engagement Manager, you will learn about AWS products and services, and support in facilitating and monitoring cloud adoption engagement activities. You will learn AWS consulting skills to make appropriate data-driven decisions and drive business communication and decisions with internal and external stakeholders. You will track customer engagement, schedule, scope, financials, and outcomes based on customer contracts and AWS frameworks.
Upon successful completion of the internship program, select interns may receive a full-time offer to join as a Professional Services Associate Engagement Manager in Arlington, VA or Seattle, WA that has up to 75% travel associated. While many of our customers engage ProServe virtually, there is always the potential that a customer might choose to include travel in their contract.
