Role

Are you interested in propelling the integration of ML into the field of robotics? Are you a strong software engineer with a passion for AI? We are seeking highly motivated and talented interns to join our team in Munich and contribute to our ML infrastructure.

As an intern, you will contribute to the building of scalable cloud infrastructure and tooling to accelerate the research and development of robotics AI models.

How your work moves the mission forward

Design and develop the infrastructure and tooling to facilitate reproducible, large-scale ML experiments on Google Cloud.
Collaborate with researchers and engineers across computer vision and robotics fields.
Contribute towards the development of world-class, state-of-the-art foundation models.

Skills you will need to be successful

Bachelor’s student in Computer Science or related field required (Master's students preferred).
Experience building real applications using object-oriented languages (Python, C++, Go).
Ability to understand complex systems and develop simple, maintainable software.
Basic understanding of machine learning concepts, especially in the context of training.
Familiarity with Kubernetes and Cloud services.
Interest in the field of robotics for real-world applications.
