Job Description

As a Data Scientist in our Harmony Editor Company, you’ll focus on developing and improving our AI-based products & LLM-based multi-modal agent solutions which already run in production and serve tons of our users.  

In your day-to-day, you will:  

• Develop and enhance production-grade LLM-based agents

• Apply generative AI models to improve Wix products' experience and efficiency  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions within existing frameworks  

• Mentor team members in AI techniques and best practices  

• Work very closely with R&D and Product teams

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Data Science with relevant exposure to generative AI projects  

• Proficiency with Large Language Models, including Prompt Engineering, advanced prompt techniques, Fine-Tuning, Automatic Evaluation, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)  

• Demonstrated ability to implement scalable and maintainable end-to-end solutions  

• Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks  

• Strong team player with great communication skills

• Background Experience with website building, web architecture and structuring websites (templates, components, CMS) – an advantage  

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields – an advantage
