YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You will engage with technical, product and business stakeholders to translate business problems into technical solutions.

• You will work closely with software development engineers, data scientists, MLOps engineers, product and business owners to design and implement Generative AI driven solutions balancing benefits of custom solutions and standardization opportunities ensuring production grade services.

• You will collaborate with technical stakeholders to enhance the experience and efficiency of our software development processes and enable our software development engineers to utilize Generative AI in our products.

• You will share your knowledge and learnings about ML engineering best practices with colleagues in data science and other teams to extend overall technical knowledge.

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• You have strong hands-on experience in engineering and Generative AI.

• You have a solid knowledge of Python and AWS cloud technologies.

• You have practical experience with Open AI, AWS Bedrock and with the open-source models, e.g. Llama

• You have worked with Generative AI orchestration frameworks like LangChain and are in addition capable of Java or Go.

• You are aware of LLMOps paradigm and applied it in various Generative AI projects. You have experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment approaches.

• You are extremely motivated, passionate about learning and contributing to the team and the business with a "can-do" attitude.

• You communicate fluently in English and appreciate cultural diversity.
