What You Will Do

Nasdaq is seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven Data Analytics Specialist to support marketing analytics and reporting across the Capital Access Platform (CAP) Marketing organization. This role is responsible for transforming marketing and campaign data into clear insights, dashboards, and performance projections that enable data-driven decision-making.

The Data Analytics Specialist will work closely with the Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics and partner with the Campaign Center of Excellence (CCoE) and CAP Marketing teams to deliver trusted reporting, forward-looking analysis, and well-documented analytics outputs. This role is ideal for someone who is strong in data analysis, data visualization, and Power BI, and who can communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and recurring reports using Power BI

  • Skilled in Data Analytics & Insights, Data Visualization & Reporting, Data Enablement, Documentation & Communication, and Cross‑Functional Coordination & Delivery.

  • Analyze marketing, campaign, and digital performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization

  • Translate business questions into structured analytical outputs that support planning and decision-making

  • Ensure dashboards are accurate, intuitive, and aligned with agreed KPIs and definitions

  • Develop trend-based analyses and performance projections using historical data to provide forward-looking views

  • Leverage curated datasets from Databricks for analysis and reporting (no data modeling required)

  • Analyze data from Salesforce, Google Analytics (GA4), and other marketing systems to support campaign and funnel performance measurement

  • Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations to communicate insights to stakeholders

  • Ensure analytics outputs are well-documented, reusable, and easy to interpret

  • Coordinate with the Campaign Center of Excellence (CCoE), Paid Media team, and Marketing Operations on reporting needs and timelines

  • Support recurring and ad-hoc analytics requests while maintaining quality and consistency

What We Expect

  • 3–6 years of experience in data analytics, marketing analytics, or a related analytical role

  • Strong experience in data analysis and data visualization, with hands-on expertise in Power BI

  • Ability to analyze historical data and create trend-based projections or forecasts

  • Strong documentation skills with attention to detail and data accuracy

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Amenability to work the mid shift (4PM - 1AM) throughout the work week and at least two to three a week in the Nasdaq office at BGC, Taguig.

What Would Be Helpful

  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Google Analytics (GA4) for performance analysis

  • Experience working with large datasets and consuming data from platforms such as Databricks
