Job Description

We’re looking for a highly skilled Marketing Data Engineer to design, build and maintain scalable data pipelines to power enterprise marketing analytics and business insights. This role will focus on integrating and transforming data from diverse marketing platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Semrush, Marketo, Salesforce, and other digital sources into our data warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, develop, and maintain ELT/ETL pipelines to ingest data from marketing and advertising platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, Semrush, Salesforce, Marketo, etc.) into our marketing data environment.

· Manage data warehousing solutions (e.g. BigQuery, Redshift) as well as their access controls following security compliance.

· Clean, transform, and normalize raw marketing data to ensure accuracy and consistency across all data sources.

· Support dashboard creation and performance tracking reports validating that all data shown is correct according to its original source, avoiding information silos.

· Ensure and document compliance with the enterprise data governance guidelines and security standards.

Qualifications

· 3+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering or data integration roles.

· Strong SQL and Python skills with proven experience on data normalization and transformations to make it report-ready.

· Experience with marketing data APIs (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Marketo, Salesforce).

· Hands-on experience with data warehouses (BigQuery, AWS solutions or equivalent). Experience working with Databricks is a plus.

· Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Looker Studio).

· Problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills.
