Job Description
As a Data Analyst, you’ll help us understand how users engage with our Referrals, Loyalty, and Members Area products. You’ll work closely with product managers, designers, and data engineers to surface insights, measure performance, and shape strategy.
We’re also modernizing our workflows by integrating LLM-based tools to automate repetitive tasks, speed up analysis, and communicate insights more efficiently. You’ll help drive the adoption and evolution of these tools as part of our broader data strategy.
Analyze user behavior to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and measure product performance
Collaborate with product, UX, and engineering teams to support data-driven decisions
Design and evaluate A/B tests to guide product improvements
Build clear, actionable reports and dashboards for stakeholders
Leverage LLM-powered tools to streamline and scale data workflows
Qualifications
3+ years experience in data analysis (product, marketing, or web analytics)
Strong skills in SQL and Python
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations
Familiarity with A/B testing, retention metrics, and funnel analysis
Interest or experience using LLM-based tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, AI copilots)

The Data Analytics team at BeAces is a diverse group of analysts supporting products like Blog, Forms, Emails, and more. As part of this team, you'll focus specifically on Referrals, Loyalty, and Members Area products. You’ll be a member of the BeAces Business Analyst Guild, a collaborative community of analysts focused on data analysis, uncovering insights, and supporting product growth across the company. This balance allows you to collaborate with fellow analysts while working closely with your product team to deliver impactful, data-informed strategies.
