About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team in the Banking and Lending Technology area at Visa Open Banking. In this role, you will provide essential product support for our data products and play a key role in supporting and improving our data labelling process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with technical expertise who is looking to grow their career in data science.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide product support for data products within the Banking and Lending Technology area.
Support and enhance the data labelling process to ensure data accuracy and quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver insights.
Assist in the development and maintenance of data documentation and reports.
Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner.
Support product roll-out across multiple markets
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- A Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in a relevant field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or Applied Mathematics.
- Some experience working with large-scale codebases, particularly in Python and/or Java.
- Proficiency with developer tools, including version control systems (e.g. Git).
- Hands-on experience with large databases, including the ability to write SQL queries and use analytical tools to visualise and interpret data.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and assume ownership of tasks and deliverables. The ideal candidate is proactive, self-driven, and capable of pushing work forward with minimal supervision.
- Fluent verbal and writing skills in English.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to data quality.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
