Job Description

As an AI Team Lead, you'll lead the development of innovative, AI-driven products, collaborating with design partners and leveraging cutting-edge technologies in AI and web development. You'll be hands-on in building one-of-a-kind web experiences while inspiring and guiding your team to success. In your day-to-day, you will:  

• Lead the implementation of AI driving product with design partners  
• Develop agent training and editor products  
• Collaborate on the development and integration of AI-driven features, leveraging advancements in LLMs and NLP  
• Conduct research and experiments to explore innovative AI methodologies and integrate cutting-edge models into real-time web page creation  
• Build unique web experiences, from initial product discussions and requirements to hands-on coding, performance monitoring, and delivery of robust solutions  
• Optimize system performance, reliability, and stability to ensure a seamless user experience

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in backend development, with at least 3 years as a team lead  
• Experience in developing AI-driven products and working with LLMs and NLP technologies  
• Proven expertise in system performance optimization and handling high-scale traffic  
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams  
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and under pressure  
• Passion for innovation and emerging technologies
