AI Engineer

We are looking for a passionate and skilled AI Engineer specializing in Generative AI to help design, build, and scale next-generation AI systems powered by large language models (LLMs), diffusion models, and other generative architectures. You will work across the stack—from model fine-tuning and prompt engineering to deployment and monitoring—helping to bring creative, intelligent systems into real-world applications across text or multimodal domains.

 Key Responsibilities

• Deploy large-scale Generative AI models (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models) for applications such as text generation, code generation, or multimodal reasoning using Azure resources.
• Collaborate with product teams and developers support teams to design generative solutions that meet business or product goals
• Conduct prompt engineering, prompt tuning, and experimentation to improve model outputs
• Manage the end-to-end ML lifecycle: data preprocessing, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring
• Build internal tools or APIs to integrate generative models into production environments
• Stay current with the latest papers, techniques, and tools in the rapidly evolving generative AI space

 

Required Knowledge & Skills

Generative AI & Machine Learning

• Hands-on experience with agentic workflows, or tool-using LLMs.
• Deep understanding of transformer-based architectures.
• Strong skills of prompt engineering.
• Experience creating Agentic system.

Development & Programming

• Proficient in Python, with experience using libraries like Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, OpenAI API, or LLM frameworks
• Experience working with Azure AI services
• Experience with vector databases (e.g., Azure search services) for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
• Familiarity with serving frameworks: FastAPI, Flask, Django
• Knowledge of data transforming sanitization processing, synthetic data generation, and fine-tuning pipelines

ML Ops & Infrastructure

• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and using services like Azure AI search services
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and model deployment best practices
• Experience monitoring model performance and drift in production environments

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related technical field
• 3+ years of experience in ML/AI roles, with hands-on work in generative models or LLMs

 Soft Skills

• Creative problem-solver with a builder’s mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Passion for innovation and keeping up with the fast-moving GenAI ecosystem.
• Sensitivity to ethical implications, data privacy, and bias in generative models.
