Job Description

As an AI Automation Builder – Intelligent Fleet Systems at SIXT, you will play a pivotal role in transforming how fleet strategy decisions are executed across the U.S. business. Reporting into Fleet Strategy leadership and collaborating closely with Revenue Management, Analytics, and Technology teams, you will design and deploy AI-native systems that convert complex operational processes into scalable, intelligent automation.

Unlike traditional analytics roles, you will build AI systems that operate directly inside real business workflows not static dashboards or isolated prototypes. You will have high autonomy and direct exposure to fleet strategy decision-making, helping shape how AI becomes an operational layer across intelligent fleet systems. This role is designed for builders who deploy intelligent systems, automate complex thinking, and prefer creating working solutions over maintaining traditional reporting structures.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

You architect, build, and deploy AI-driven automation that transforms fleet strategy workflows into scalable, intelligent decision systems

You translate complex business logic into production-ready solutions using Python, LLM APIs, and agent-based workflows

You design intelligent integrations that connect operational data, analytical models, and natural-language reasoning into real-time decision support tools

You rapidly prototype and ship AI-powered workflows, prioritizing practical business outcomes over theoretical design

You own deployed systems end-to-end, monitoring performance, validating outputs, and continuously refining automation as fleet strategy needs evolve

You identify high-impact opportunities where AI can eliminate manual analysis and elevate how fleet decisions are made across the organization

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

Education & Technical Foundation – You hold a Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred) in a technical, quantitative, or analytically rigorous field and bring strong hands-on Python development experience building production-grade systems

AI & Automation Expertise – You have proven experience designing or deploying LLM-powered applications, AI agents, or intelligent automation workflows using modern AI ecosystems

Systems Thinking & Ownership – You demonstrate the ability to take ideas from architecture → build → deployment → iteration with minimal oversight and a strong bias toward execution

Problem Solving & Adaptability – You are comfortable operating across roles — architect, engineer, integrator, and operator — and thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments

Communication & Strategic Alignment – You effectively translate between technical implementation and strategic business objectives, ensuring AI systems directly support fleet decision-making
