Do you want to work on a Specialized Sales and Business Development team focused on helping customers and partners to drive the most value from their AWS investment?
AWS WWSO, Worldwide Specialized Organization, Strategy & Operations team Specialist Operation Center is seeking a Workflow Automation Analyst to partner with Go to Market, GTM teams and Operations stakeholders to continually evolve and automate mechanisms using tools and systems such as Python, R, SQL, Excel, and internal applications. This includes working with Specialized Sales Operations Leads to develop, implement and manage business processes, systems, reports and strategies that optimize business functions to meet organizational goals and initiatives. This role will operate in a data rich environment and leverage a vast array of front-end and back-end data sources to build innovative solutions to operational challenges presented by our stakeholders in Specialized Sales.
Location: U.S. city with AWS corporate office
Key job responsibilities
* Work with large data sets and the technical tools needed to work with them.
* Analytically advocate for your customers to other internal stakeholders.
* Drive towards simple, scalable solutions to difficult problems.
* Project manage multiple workflows and communicate complex analytical results, both written and verbally.
* Work with key business stakeholders to understand requirements and shape analytical deliverables.
* Think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to work cross-organizationally.
