As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Video and Graphic Designer to join our team and elevate our visual storytelling efforts through our content.

The Role

You'll be crafting captivating videos and stunning graphics to showcase our platform and elevate our brand presence. Collaborating closely with our marketing team, you'll develop creative strategies and produce multimedia assets for diverse platforms, spanning social media, websites, presentations, and promotional materials, tailored for both B2C and B2B audiences.

What you’ll do:

Create and edit videos that showcase our capabilities and capture viewers’ attention, including feature launches, product demos, social media (including TikTok / Reels), customer testimonials, and company announcements.
Design visually compelling graphics for digital and print materials, for example social media graphics, marketing collateral, presentations, and event materials.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align video and content creation with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Tell compelling stories visually and reflect the nuances across audiences and channels that cater to our B2C and B2B client base.
Drive a regular cadence of content production to build a strong online presence and maximise our visibility.
Work with the Social and Content team to understand the performance of our content and iterate as needed.

Skills we like:

Proven experience working as a Graphic Designer, Video Editor, or similar role, ideally for a technology product.
Proficiency in graphic design software and video editing suite.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, with an emphasis on both graphic and video design.
Knowledge of motion graphics highly desirable.
Strong understanding of building engaging content for various mediums e.g. TikTok, LinkedIn, and maximising viewer engagement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with a range of departments to create amazing content aligned to our strategy.
Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
A passion for creativity and a desire to continuously learn and improve skills.
