Ā Competitive US base salary range for this full-time position is $200,000-$225,000, plus equity and benefits.

About the Job:
Responsibilities:
1. Leading Partnerships: Establish and maintain a strong strategic partnership with key partners, collaborating closely with their team to identify opportunities and drive joint initiatives.

2. Business Development Strategy: Define and execute a comprehensive business development strategy with partners, encompassing Landing AIās products and services. Focus on specific solutions or product sets tailored to particular markets when necessary.

3. Solution Strategy: Work closely with partners to define the solution strategy, building cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success.

4. C-Level Engagement: Foster critical relationships at the C-level within partners and showcase Landing AIās technology to potential customers, ensuring mutual success.
5. Sales Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Landing AI and Partner sales leaders across all markets to facilitate productive sales engagement globally.
6. Alliance Success: Partner with Product, Legal, Compliance, and Enablement teams to ensure the success and compliance of strategic alliances and tech partnerships.

7. Business Planning: Develop well-thought-out business plans with clear priorities, joint initiatives, and specific goals to drive pipeline growth, wins, and consumption.

8. Go-to-Market Initiatives: Create compelling offerings and go-to-market initiatives with Snowflake, quantifying opportunities and making a business case for investments as needed.
9. Performance Tracking: Define, track, and analyze performance against specific measures of success, providing tangible progress updates regularly.

10.Ā Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate and align with cross-functional stakeholders both within Landing AI and within partner organization to maximize impact and build a long-term partnership.
