Bree is a consumer finance platform that brings better, faster, and cheaper financial services to over half the Canadian population who live paycheck to paycheck. We operate in a huge, but overlooked market in a country with the least amount of financial technology innovation among the developed world. Our first act is becoming the cheapest and best provider of short-term credit to the 20 million people in Canada who live paycheck to paycheck.

About the Role

A Vibe Coder is a rare breed—a fusion of a Product Manager, Engineer, and UX thinker. You’re the type of person who doesn’t just build features; you design the experience, question the roadmap, and iterate until it just feels right. You think like a founder, execute like a solo operator, and know exactly when to loop in the right people. Let’s redefine how products are built.

What You'll Do

Building & Shipping: You’ll architect, build, and launch product features end-to-end. No red tape, just execution.
Designing with Code: You know how to avoid making ugly things, even if you’re not a designer. UX/UI instincts are a must.
User-Centered Engineering: You think about the user constantly. Every decision you make—whether technical or aesthetic—centers on how the user will interact with it.
Roadmapping & Decision Making: You’ll be collecting feedback, making roadmap decisions, and implementing features without needing a PM to tell you what to do.
Architectural Thinking: You have strong engineering fundamentals and a deep understanding of infrastructure at scale.
Working Solo (But Not in a Vacuum): You prefer autonomy and thrive when left to build things yourself, but you also know when to share information and collaborate strategically.
