About the Team

The AI Deployment and Adoption team helps customers turn frontier AI into real business value. We accelerate adoption of OpenAI technology at scale and guide organizations from initial activation to measurable organization wide impact. We partner closely with Sales, Product, Solutions Architecture, and Security to deliver safe and responsible AI transformation. Our work shapes how customers generate tangible outcomes from OpenAI products and creates a repeatable blueprint for successful enterprise launches and expansions.

About the Role

We are hiring a Value Realization Lead to own the definition, tracking, and achievement of business outcomes across our enterprise, education and government customers. You will lead this important initiative and help our customers and internal teams create financial and operational assets that show proof of value of how OpenAI transforms workflows and productivity. You will build business case assets, calculators and validate outcomes through launch, adoption, and expansion.

Your success will be measured by how quickly GTM customers realize value at scale, how clearly results are quantified for executives, and how frequently proven outcomes drive additional adoption.

This role is based in San Francisco HQ in the United States.

In this Role, You Will

  • Create the strategy of how we take our value realization program to the next level across all our products

  • Create and maintain standardized ROI and TCO calculators for internal and customer use and codify value frameworks and reusable assets that scale globally across GTM

  • Design value realization plans that guide activation, workflow integration, and change management

  • Create a structured value discovery process to identify high impact use cases and define measurable business outcomes

  • Publish value reports that quantify results and strengthen relationships with C level sponsors

  • Establish and maintain baselines, KPIs, and dashboards that track value delivery

  • Build value hypotheses and business cases that support customer alignment and investment decisions

  • Develop clear value storytelling for executives that highlights financial and productivity outcomes

  • Partner with Account Directors and our post-sale teams to influence sales, renewals and expansion strategy

  • Provide thought leadership on AI driven business transformation and evolving customer value patterns

You Will Thrive in this Role If You

  • Bring 8+ years of experience creating and scaling value realization/consulting/engineering teams or a similar role

  • Have strong financial analysis skills and experience presenting quantified value to executives with experience with enterprise telemetry, KPI tracking, or productivity measurement

  • Experience with large scale AI, cloud, or digital transformation programs

  • Communicate with clarity and confidence with both technical and business stakeholders

  • Can translate AI capabilities into financial impact and workforce transformation narratives

  • Enjoy managing multiple complex customers at once and driving toward clear results

  • Show humility, curiosity, and a desire to help customers succeed

  • Operate with high ownership and urgency
