  About the team:
The 10X team comprises skilled Machine Learning Engineers, Data Scientists, and Full Stack technologists dedicated to delivering scalable, data-driven solutions for Walmart. This multidisciplinary group combines expertise in AI, software engineering, and data science to develop autonomous AI agents, deploy reliable applications, and build core engineering capabilities at enterprise scale. By leveraging data, AI, and agile methodologies, the team drives innovation that enhances operational efficiency and supports Walmart’s mission. Collaboration within the team fosters the creation of intelligent systems that improve business performance across the organization.
  What you'll do: Identify and source relevant data from different business domains, ensuring data quality and suitability for analysis. Develop, test, and deploy advanced analytical models using programming languages such as Python and SQL. Perform model validation and tuning to ensure accuracy, robustness, and scalability in production environments. Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions by applying appropriate statistical and machine learning techniques. Create clear and insightful data visualizations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategies with business objectives and support decision-making. Mentor junior associates in data science methodologies and best practices. What you'll bring: Extensive experience in data science and machine learning with proficiency in Python programming. Strong knowledge of data source identification, including SQL and NoSQL databases, and data quality assessment. Expertise in analytical modeling, model validation, and deployment with an emphasis on scalability and sustainability. Proficiency in advanced data visualization techniques using tools such as Matplotlib, Plotly, and Tableau. Ability to translate complex business requirements into data-driven solutions aligned with strategic objectives. Experience mentoring junior associates and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver actionable business insights. Solid understanding of data governance, management, and ecosystem principles to support data-enabled decision making.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Option 2- Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 1 years' experience in an analytics related field. Option 3 - 5 years' experience in an analytics or related field.
