We are now looking for a trustworthy AI Software Engineer. You will be a part of our exciting multidisciplinary Trustworthy AI team building models and development tools that are stand-alone or integrated into other applications. You will need strong technical skills to script and code. 

What you’ll be doing:  

• Developing AI functionality, such as RAG tools and multimodal systems, to integrate into other NVIDIA AI models and systems

• Further automating development of Model Card++ to capture critical information about our AI models as they are being designed, developed, trained, and tested

• Building tools to help us assess our AI models on a variety of parameters including bias, risk, safety, and regulatory compliance

• Developing model governance tools for tracking and overseeing development of our AI models and systems

What we need to see:  

• Completed MS or PhD in computer science or related field or equivalent experience

• At least one course in technology ethics  

• 2+ yrs relevant experience

• Creativity in implementation of previous projects 

• Excellent understanding and application of C++ and Python programming languages, algorithm design and development, deep learning frameworks, MLOps, and UI design 

• Experience deploying in front and backend software development environments   

Ways to stand out from the crowd:  

• Experience deploying computer vision and natural language processing AI models  

• Demonstrated track record with implementing innovation and/or creative solutions to solve problems  

• Experience contributing as a lead for a software development team, particularly across a full stack  

• Excellent communications skills and ability to work on a cross-functional team
