Shield AI is looking for a Training Content Creator to help build and maintain training content for a diverse audience. This includes creating engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and job performance across the company, while working with various departments to understand their unique training needs.

This individual’s content will drive consistency in the daily tasks of all employees, but it will also help to drive the company culture, mission, and core values.

Total package details:

Regular employee positions: Salary within range listed above + Bonus + Benefits + Equity

Temporary employee positions: Hourly within range listed above + temporary benefits package (applicable after 60 days of employment)

*Interns/Military Fellows/Part-time not eligible for bonus, benefits or equity
