We're seeking a technically-minded content creator who can bridge the gap between complex engineering concepts and compelling technical content. As our Technical Content Writer, you'll work closely with our product and engineering teams to create high-impact technical blogs, tutorials, and documentation that resonates with developers. You'll be the storyteller who helps developers understand the power of Ray and Anyscale's platform, turning complex distributed computing concepts into clear, actionable content.

At Anyscale, we take a market-based approach to compensation. We are data-driven, transparent, and consistent. The target salary for this role is $146,203. As the market data changes over time, the target salary for this role may be adjusted.

Outcomes:

Create and maintain a consistent pipeline of technical content that drives developer engagement and adoption

Increase developer understanding and adoption of Ray and Anyscale through clear, well-crafted technical content

Drive measurable impact through content performance metrics and engagement analytics

Responsibilities:

Partner with product and engineering teams to identify and prioritize technical topics for content creation

Transform complex technical concepts and code examples into clear, engaging blog posts and tutorials

Manage the end-to-end content creation process, from ideation to publication

Stage and publish content across various platforms while maintaining consistent quality and technical accuracy

Track and analyze content performance metrics to optimize future content strategy

Ensure technical accuracy while maintaining an engaging, developer-friendly writing style

Collaborate with marketing team to align technical content with broader marketing initiatives

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree, ideally in an engineering or science discipline

4+ years of relevant experience as a content creator

Proven track record of creating compelling technical content

Excellent project management and organizational skills

Strong interest in and understanding of AI/ML industry trends

Experience with both established and start up environments

Demonstrable work experience in ambiguous environments that is typical of high growth start-up environments to showcase comfort with ambiguity and a very fast pace

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Experience with Contentful or a similar CMS

Technical experience is a plus

Experience writing to a developer community is highly recommended
