At BJAK, we believe world-class products start with world-class people. As we expand our presence in Thailand, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead (Thailand) to take charge of our hiring efforts in the country and support selected regional roles across Southeast Asia.
This is a hybrid role based in Thailand, where you’ll partner closely with our HQ team in Malaysia and work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, AI, and business leaders. You’ll own the entire hiring lifecycle, source strategically, and help us bring in top-tier talent aligned with our mission to reshape financial access across the region.
What You’ll Do
Lead end-to-end recruitment for Thailand-based and remote roles across functions like tech, operations, and business.
Act as the quality gatekeeper - screen CVs and assess candidates beyond the resume to ensure team and mission fit
Source proactively across Thai platforms (e.g., JobsDB, LinkedIn, Line groups, local tech communities) and international networks
Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand team needs, refine job scopes, and run structured hiring processes
Conduct interviews that assess both competency and alignment with our values and pace.
Provide structured, clear feedback to candidates and internal stakeholders
Ensure a smooth, fast, and respectful candidate experience throughout the process
Monitor and optimize hiring funnel health using our ATS and relevant data points
Stay on top of Thailand’s talent landscape - salary trends, candidate behaviors, and sourcing hotspots - to inform hiring strategy

Requirements
4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in tech, startup, or cross-functional environments
Proven ability to hire across different levels and job families (engineering, product, ops, etc.)
Strong sourcing experience using Thai and international platforms (JobsDB, LinkedIn, local communities)
Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment analytics
Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills
Based in Thailand and able to work in hybrid mode
Fluent in Thai and English (both written and spoken)
Nice to Have
Experience hiring in fast-scaling environments or startups
Background in tech/AI/product recruitment
Familiarity with employer branding or recruitment marketing
Exposure to hiring across Southeast Asia or remote-first teams
Knowledge of structured interviewing and evaluation frameworks
