About the Role:

The ideal candidate will assist in various aspects of talent acquisition and recruitment, playing a crucial role in sourcing and hiring top talent for our organization. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in TA operations and contribute to our company's growth.

The ideal candidate will assist in various aspects of talent acquisition and recruitment, playing a crucial role in sourcing and hiring top talent for our organization. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in TA operations and contribute to our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing and Pipeline Building

Utilize various channels to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events.

Update and maintain the ATS with accurate and up-to-date candidate information.

Manage user access and permissions within the ATS.

Recruitment Coordination. Like, Coordinate &support recruitment drives and campus hiring events ,Communicate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews and follow-ups.

TA Operations - Pre-Onboarding

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong eye for detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities.
